Since I was a wee lad, I have been curious about anything mechanical. It started by stuffing gum wrappers into a Matchbox garbage truck when I was 2 and progressed into the dismemberment of a 1984 Hess truck, much to the chagrin of my family. Fast-forward many years, toss in a BS in Sociology, then an MBA, a motorcycle technician certification and finally an ASE Parts Specilist certification, I decided to pursue my passion of motorcycles.

My first taste of an RC51 was in 2001 when I bought a Honda CBR 600F4i in the greater Boston area. While talking to the parts manager after the purchase, it turned out he felt his SP1 was much more than one needed on the street and put it on the showroom floor. After my initial fascination with his bike, sitting next to an untouched RC45, I left well enough alone and enjoyed the F4i for a while. I was really drawn to the RC51 due to the balance of track-ready components, engineering and racing pedigree. After finding my first RC in Buffalo, NY, I accumulated some spare parts. One part begat another and here I am, coupling my love for motorcycles and motorcycle parts, running my own motorcycle parts business.
