All parts unless otherwise noted are sold "as is,” with no warranty expressed or implied. The majority of parts we have are used or preowned. Implied warranties, such as warranties of merchantability, are excluded (merchantability means that the part is reasonably fit for the general purpose for which it was sold).  The entire risk as to quality and performance of such parts rests with the buyer.  Should parts prove defective following their purchase, the buyer and not the manufacturer, distributor or retailer, assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair.  Returns/refunds are subject to 20% restocking fee and freight/shipping is not refunded (original or return).  Please notify us within 2 (two) weeks of receipt of parts if you have concerns or problems with an order.
